Quality Control Specialist

SUMMARY:
Think science meets purpose. Data meets decision-making. Process meets progress. We’re looking for someone who will bring excellence to the Quality Control departmental operations by leading technical initiatives and who loves turning complex problems into clean, compliant solutions.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Developing & validating cutting-edge analytical methods.
✅ Qualifying lab equipment & implementing smarter systems.
✅ Investigating QC incidents and those pesky out-of-specification results like a detective.
✅ Analysing trends, stats, and standards using LIMS & SAP.
✅ Supporting the lab team and driving real improvement aligning with current Good Manufacturing and
Laboratory Practice.

What you must have:
? B.Sc in Biochem / Chem. / Analytical Chemistry (MSc/PhD = big plus).
? 5+ years’ lab experience, with 3 in a supervisory role.
?️ Solid validation experience (methods & equipment).
? Comfortable with LIMS, SAP, stats tools like Minitab.
? A love for quality, compliance & continuous improvement.
