SUMMARY:
We require a Quality Officer with prior experience in the fruit industry. Position based in Somerset West.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification preferred
At least 2 years experience in fruit and quality (preferably citrus and table grapes)
Willing to travel to sites when needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that the fruit meet quality standards through quality guidance to all sites, testing, and process evaluation
Prevent defects and improve overall fruit quality
Travel to sites and clients
Reporting on claims when they reach the market.
