Our client is a well-established, Customs clearing, Freight forwarding & Ships agency with offices in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth & Namibia.

They are looking for YOU – an analytical Quality Management Systems Co-ordinator.

DUTIES:
Ã¢Â–Âª Guide team on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
Ã¢Â–Âª Assist with the completion of development, implementation and management of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
Ã¢Â–Âª Act as first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries in relation to the quality management system
Ã¢Â–Âª Assist with updating company procedures, policies and templates as required to ensure conformity
Ã¢Â–Âª Conduct internal audits and guide external audits
Ã¢Â–Âª Identify and conduct internal training where necessary

REQUIREMENT:
Ã¢Â–Âª Matric
Ã¢Â–Âª Exceptional knowledge of QMS care processes and systems
Ã¢Â–Âª Relevant qualification in quality management systems – preferable
Ã¢Â–Âª Relevant ISO 9001 exposure (qualification or experience) – essential
Ã¢Â–Âª 5 years’ experience
Ã¢Â–Âª Exposure to procurement / supplier management – advantageous
Ã¢Â–Âª Risk control experience
Ã¢Â–Âª Process Improvement experience
Ã¢Â–Âª Project Management
Ã¢Â–Âª Auditing experience - advantageous
Ã¢Â–Âª Auditor Certification
Ã¢Â–Âª Good communication skills – written and oral in English
Ã¢Â–Âª Interpersonal and people skills
Ã¢Â–Âª MS Word & Excel
