Quality Management Systems Co-ordinator

SUMMARY:
Our client is a well-established, Customs clearing, Freight forwarding & Ships agency with offices in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth & Namibia.

They are looking for YOU – an analytical Quality Management Systems Co-ordinator.
 
EMPLOYMENT TYPE      :           PERMANENT
SECTOR                            :           CORPORATE / SUPPORT SERVICES
START DATE                    :           IMMEDIATE / A.S.A.P
DUTIES:
▪ Guide team on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
▪ Assist with the completion of development, implementation and management of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
▪ Act as first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries in relation to the quality management system
▪ Assist with updating company procedures, policies and templates as required to ensure conformity
▪ Conduct internal audits and guide external audits
▪ Identify and conduct internal training where necessary
 
REQUIREMENT:
▪ Matric
▪ Exceptional knowledge of QMS care processes and systems
▪ Relevant qualification in quality management systems – preferable
▪ Relevant ISO 9001 exposure (qualification or experience) – essential
▪ 5 years’ experience
▪ Exposure to procurement / supplier management – advantageous
▪ Risk control experience
▪ Process Improvement experience
▪ Project Management
▪ Auditing experience - advantageous
▪ Auditor Certification
▪ Good communication skills – written and oral in English
▪ Interpersonal and people skills
▪ MS Word & Excel
