Quality Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in manufacturing processes? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where continuous improvement is the norm? My client is seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to oversee and elevate our quality control standards.

POSITION INFO:

Lead all aspects of quality control within the manufacturing plant
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with ISO9001-2015 standards
Conduct regular inspections and internal audits to identify defects and deviations
Collaborate with production supervisors and design engineers to address quality issues
Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance and identify improvement areas
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions
Maintain ISO9001-2015 documentation and records
Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance for quality testing accuracy
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Train supervisors on relevant quality matters

Skills & Experience:
Proficient in Excel and MS Word
Minimum 5 years of previous experience in production-level quality control
Strong knowledge of ISO9001-2015 standards and methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges in manufacturing

Qualification:
Matric (Grade 12) – minimum
Training on ISO9001-2015 policies and procedures
