Successful candidates must lead and support a team of between 10-15 quality, compliance and insight agents
Build effective relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders
Be responsible for the accuracy and productivity of their teams and improve results using a people development and coaching culture
Must bring enthusiasm, energy and ideas to the business
Previous management experience is desired, but not essential – but experience in the quality and compliance space is necessary
