Quality and Compliance Manager - Accreditation and E-Learning

Introduction
Training and Development Company in Ballito, KZN, needs an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager: Accreditation & E-Learning to join their growing team.
Working hours: Mon- Thurs: 8h00 – 16h00, Fridays: 8h00 – 13h00

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 with 5+ years management experience OR HR-related Degree/Diploma

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing learning programme accreditation with SETA’s and the QCTO

• Experience in managing SETA/QCTO monitoring, evaluation, audits & accreditation processes

• Strong research and development experience around SETA/QCTO qualifications

• Strong background in managing e-learning platforms, content, and compliance

• Ability to develop and implement innovative e-learning solutions aligned with SETA/QCTO standards

• Excellent leadership, communication & organisational skills

Remuneration:
