POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing (Spoiler: It’s Not Just Crunching Numbers):

• Build and deploy predictive models and intelligent algorithms that shape business strategy.
• Use powerful tools (Python, R, and SQL) to transform messy data into clean insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve pricing, risk, and customer behaviour puzzles.
• Apply regression, time-series, machine learning—and your brain—to find answers.
• Build scorecards, forecast trends, fine-tune strategies… and make people say “Why didn’t we think of that sooner?”

• A Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or a similar field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on modelling or quantitative analytics experience.
• Solid skills in Python, R, and SQL—and maybe even a few data viz tricks up your sleeve (Power BI/Tableau).
• Fluency in stats and machine learning concepts—and the ability to translate them into human.
• Business savvy that helps you connect numbers to real-world outcomes.

• Experience in credit risk, financial modelling, or collections.
• Worked in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Played around with optimisation and simulation models for fun (or profit).
