Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, interpret and model capital and debt review data to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage, optimise and continuously improve debt review processes.
• Build analytical frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Deliver quantitative insights and recommendations to commercial and operational teams.

• Education:
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field (non-negotiable).
  • Exceptional academic results required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a quantitative, analytics or financial modelling environment.
  • Exposure to debt, credit, capital data or process optimisation beneficial.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel or similar).
  • Commercially minded with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
