POSITION INFO:
I'm a Specialist Recruitment Consultant focused exclusively on the Actuarial and Analytical niche across South Africa. My approach is different - I don’t wait for roles to open; I proactively work with my candidates to find the right opportunities. Together, we’ll position your skills, refine your story, and make sure that you’re seen by the decision-makers that matter.

I’m currently connecting with exceptional professionals across Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Pretoria (or those open to relocating) who have built their careers within Health, Life, Financial Services, Consulting, or Banking. Whether you’re mid-level, senior, or operating at an executive level, if you bring technical expertise and drive, I’ll help you take the next step.

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To):

Apply advanced quantitative and analytical methods to support strategic business decisions
Develop and optimize models for pricing, risk, capital, and performance measurement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights
Contribute to innovation, best practice, and data-driven decision-making within your business area

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum of an Honours Degree in Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university
3+ years’ experience within Health, Life, Financial Services, Consulting, Insurance, or Banking environments
Proficiency in Python, Power BI, R, SQL, SAS, or similar tools
Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
