JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be involved in the following:

Supporting all aspects of the capital structure which function with respect to liquidity, debt capacity and leverage which includes originating, negotiating, structuring, and implementing debt facilities across the Group
Assisting with Credit and Liquidity optimisations by influencing lenders, investors and rating agencies on the various internal risk parameters
Maintenance of an appropriate capital adequacy methodology for the Group across various risks
Monitoring of free cash flow to ensure there is sufficient funding available to meet the funding requirements and general corporate activity
Assisting with the conceptualisation, design and structure of debt transactions with the primary responsibility for implementation of such transactions
Automation of global Treasury processes, policies and procedures that is complimented with process automation & cash optimisation
Monitoring of cash management structures to unlock value from the various subsidiary deposits
Assisting with the preparation of annual Treasury budgets and quarterly forecasts
Performance reporting and preparation of relevant marketing materials
