We're looking for a talented and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget – and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment – this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for a range of construction projects.
Manage tendering processes, including preparation of Bills of Quantities and evaluation of subcontractor bids.
Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget throughout the construction phase.
Evaluate and manage variations, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and financial reports.
Collaborate with site managers, project managers, and procurement teams.
Ensure contract compliance and manage commercial aspects of subcontractor relationships.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a QS role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
Excellent numeracy, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in cost management software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
