POSITION INFO:

Quantity Surveyor to join dynamic Property Finance group based in Illovo/Sandton. Superb role for BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying with a passion for property finance with a unique blend of technical and financial expertise as you will be involved in ensure cost efficiency in construction as well as contributing to strategic investment decisions. At least 3 years of experience in commercial, retail, and residential type projects, including commercial and retail fitout projects with an understanding of real estate valuation, capital raising and financial modelling, ability to prepare cash flow forecasts, investment proposals and business plans. Perform project risk management and evaluate commercial risk of a new build, evaluate property development opportunities with a focus on Return on Investment (“ROI”) and risk mitigation advise on investment and financing decisions in real estate markets.
