A leader in the Quantity |Surveying industry is seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor.  With over 5 decades experience in the industry they deliver services to major clients across South Africa. The construction industry is one of our corner stone industries.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor that was focused on commercial and industrial projects. 

Education:

• BSc / BEng (QS) University Degree

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 5 Years’ experience in commercial and industrial projects.
• Engineering Estimates, Materials required and Labour Cost Estimates.
• Cost and Project plans.
• Tender and contract documentation.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors.
• Control all stages of projects.
• Monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
• Monitor commercial information with regards to the project
