A leader in the Quantity |Surveying industry is seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor. With over 5 decades experience in the industry they deliver services to major clients across South Africa. The construction industry is one of our corner stone industries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor that was focused on commercial and industrial projects.

Education:

BSc / BEng (QS) University Degree

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 Years’ experience in commercial and industrial projects.
Engineering Estimates, Materials required and Labour Cost Estimates.
Cost and Project plans.
Tender and contract documentation.
Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors.
Control all stages of projects.
Monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
Monitor commercial information with regards to the project
