Quantity Surveyor

Requirements for this role:

• Drivers licence
• Ability to quantify materials and labour as well as manage the ordering and procurement of the materials
• Capturing costs associated with each project and submitting to office
• Producing Bill of Quantities for new work and managing the claims for the work done
• Submitting payment claims each month
• Preferably skilled in some form of project management software (e.g. Candy)
