Requirements for this role:

Drivers licence
Ability to quantify materials and labour as well as manage the ordering and procurement of the materials
Capturing costs associated with each project and submitting to office
Producing Bill of Quantities for new work and managing the claims for the work done
Submitting payment claims each month
Preferably skilled in some form of project management software (e.g. Candy)
