JOB SUMMARY:
A Construction company based in Johannesburg is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in La Lucia, KZN.
The company has its headquarters in Johannesburg, with offices in Durban and Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
Must be registered with the African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP)

Experience between 3 – 5 years QS in a construction cost solution to a building and/or engineering industries

Technical Skills:

Cost management
Quotations based on measurements
Project management
Contract administration
Time Management
Basic understanding of civil works

Competencies

Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Willing to work long hours, where necessary
Client orientation
Ability to meet tight deadlines
