Our client is in the construction industry is looking for a QS to join their team.
Desired qualification:
B Sc QS degree
Previous experience in QS
Responsibilities will include:
Prepare cost analysis on projects
Prepare tender documents and contract documents, including bill of quantities and sub-contract appointments.
Keep track of project progress
Monthly valuations of work in progress
Certification of subcontractor’s valuations and final accounts
Contractual admin and management
