Quantity Surveyor Ntuzuma, KZN Site Based

Education and skills required: B.Tech or B.Sc Quantity Surveying as well as CCS

This QS role will be site based in the Ntuzuma area of eThekwini in the KwaZulu-Natal province

Duties shall include:

• Liaison with professional team, doing final accounts, monthly valuations, and pricing variations
• Subcontractor payments, including scrutinising of their claims
• Advising on a range of contractual issues (JBCC Contract)
• Cost reports on monthly project review meetings
• Procurement advice and assistance
• Experience in using CCS
• Updating forecasts on a monthly basis and monitoring of on Site expenditure

Approval of material and sub-contractor orders placed by Site Managers
