POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience Post Admission as Admitted Attorney
• Experience dealing with Road Accident Fund Matter – Plaintiff
• Experience dealing with Medical Negligence and Personal Injury
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Draft and issue summons, pleadings, heads of argument, and other court documents.
• Appear in High Court and Magistrates’ Court for trials, pre-trials, and settlement proceedings.
• Conduct consultations with clients, medical experts, and counsel.
• Assess merits of claims, quantum of damages, and liability aspects.
• Negotiate and settle claims with the RAF and opposing attorneys.
• Instruct and liaise with advocates and medico-legal experts.
