Our client is an engineering consulting firm, specializing in building services.

Job Description

Project costing and feasibility reports
Preliminary design and detail designs
Wet services designs
Fire protection designs
Technical & site meetings
Conducting testing, supervision and evaluation of installations for compliance
Bill of Quantities
Tender Reporting and Adjudication
Client Liaison

Qualifications

BEng/BSc/BTech/ND in Mechanical Engineering
ECSA registration preferred

Skills

A minimum of 3-5 years experience in building services consulting
Good understanding of Wet Services and Fire Services including Sprinkler Protection and Fire Protection
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD & Revit)
Valid Driver’s License
Proactive, adaptable and strong communication skills
