• Mechanical Installation details
• Working with Revit models (Provided by clients) (Skill in creating models with Revit will be a bonus)
• Creating 3D models with AutoCAD
• Site plans from Google earth

• Installation Bills of Quantities
• Commissioning/Maintenance Documentation
• System Device lists/Programming sheets
• Basic PowerPoint presentation (System schematics)

Design calculation

• Basic, Non-Engineering level (In-House training Provided)

Site Surveying

• Markup of equipment installations
• Markup of Building layouts
• Checking of installation As-Builts

Configuration of graphical BMS system ( Building management System)

• This is a graphical (computer based) system for monitoring installed hardware, the configuration thereof is a service provided by the drawing office
