Job Description

• Set up and manage engineering stores across ordering, receiving, counting, safeguarding, issuing and disposal of stock items
• Ensure that inventory is organised to facilitate accessibility and safety for the store
• Plan and manage regular stock take to ensure reconciliation between records and actuals
• Continuously improve processes to increase stores efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and provide monthly inventory reports as deemed required by Management
• Provide a full report on all stock outs on a weekly basis and control the cost of stores inventory

Skills

• At least 4 - 6 years of related experience
• Experience in a precision engineering/equipment manufacturing environment
• Experience in establishment of stores and processes
