Our client is a reputable manufacturer and distributor of electro-mechanical equipment.
Job Description
Duties:
- Maintain Production output for all departments within Factory, i.e. Primary, Wiring, Assembly
- Maintain safety standards/ SHE Management System
- Adhere to quality requirements of the product
- Ensure departmental training needs are met
- Maintain Shop floor discipline
- Maintain recovery and efficiency levels
- Production Management experience essential
Qualifications
Skills
- Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience, preferably in an electrical equipment manufacturing plant
- Product knowledge on minisubs is advantageous
- Sound knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (AS400, Syspro)
- Must have good communication abilities
