Our client is a reputable manufacturer and distributor of electro-mechanical equipment.

Job Description

Duties:

Maintain Production output for all departments within Factory, i.e. Primary, Wiring, Assembly
Maintain safety standards/ SHE Management System
Adhere to quality requirements of the product
Ensure departmental training needs are met
Maintain Shop floor discipline
Maintain recovery and efficiency levels
Production Management experience essential

Qualifications

BTech/ND Electrical / Mechanical Engineering OR Production Management
Grade 12

Skills

Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience, preferably in an electrical equipment manufacturing plant
Product knowledge on minisubs is advantageous
Sound knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (AS400, Syspro)
Must have good communication abilities
