R&D Technologist Manager - FMCG Industry Based in South of Johannesburg MUST have a Food Science Degree Food Industry knowledge a MUST 6+ years experience in R&D Salary market related

POSITION INFO:

- Managing own projects
- Scientific knowledge in the fields of food technology, nutrition and good technical understanding
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English with report writing skills and compilation ability
- No dietary restrictions as tasting and consuming all food types will be required
- Non Smoker
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel with excellent mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Passion for food, a strong affinity for all kinds of food preparation and creative thinking
- Training others and sharing knowledge to expand skillsets
- Prior experience in working with Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Food Safety Systems Certification (FSSC) and the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards
