RECEIVING CO-ORDINATOR - SANDTON, GAUTENG

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced RECEIVING CO-ORDINATOR for a well-established, growing concern, position based in Sandton, Gauteng.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Person must be able to speak, read and write English competently.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

3+ yrs previous experience in a similar position.

Ensures that paperwork and stock received for processing and receipt within the warehouse and

Logistics department are correct and complete.

Ensures that there is no loss of stock during the receipt and handover of stock to the cash office.

Ensures that GRV/ credit note information is accurately captured on the company’s financial system

And that all required documentation is scanned onto the company’s financial system as per standards.

Ensures that letters produced are accurate and administered according to operational procedures and standards.

Ensures that the second-hand goods register held by the warehouse and logistics department is

Up to date and accurate.

Ensures filing of paperwork is up to date and accurate as per filing standards.
