RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Durbanville

Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team! The successful candidate will have receptionist and general office management duties, providing a professional and welcoming environment for all clients.

POSITION INFO:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greeting clients and visitors and providing a warm and friendly welcome
Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
Managing general office mailboxes
Maintaining the office calendar and scheduling appointments
Managing the inventory of office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
Coordinating with building management and other service providers (cleaners, electricians, IT support) to maintain the physical office environment
Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Database and records management
Proficiency in administration with CIPC highly advantageous

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in Afrikaans and English
National Matric Certificate
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or studying towards completing an undergraduate qualification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially: Outlook; MS Word; MS Excel (basic skills); MS PowerPoint; MS Teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanour
