RECEPTIONIST \/ OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, Northern Suburbs, Cape Town | Up to R10,000 per month Our client, an established Cape Town Construction Company, is looking for a friendly, professional and well-organised Receptionist \/ Office Administrator to join their team. This position would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping an office organised and is comfortable handling a variety of reception and general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally. Welcome visitors, clients, suppliers and contractors. Manage general email and office correspondence. Assist with filing, scanning, copying and document preparation. Maintain organised electronic and hard-copy filing systems. Assist with general office administration and data capturing. Receive and distribute deliveries and documentation. Assist management and other team members with administrative tasks. Maintain office stationery and supplies. Help ensure the reception and general office areas remain professional and organised. Requirements Previous reception, office administration or general administrative experience . Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and email . Professional telephone manner. Good verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, presentable and professional. Well organised with strong attention to detail. Reliable and punctual. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a busy construction-office environment.
