We're seeking a dynamic Tertiary Education Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our clients visitors, students, faculty, and staff. Your role is pivotal in providing outstanding customer service and administrative support that keeps our university's heartbeat strong.

POSITION INFO:

Frontline Excellence: As the University Receptionist, you'll be the beacon of warmth and guidance in our bustling campus. You'll greet visitors with a smile, guide students to their destinations, and ensure faculty and staff experiences are seamless.

What You Need:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent sets the foundation. Additional education or training in office administration, customer service, or related fields adds the extra flair!
Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in customer service shines on your resume. Experience in higher education or a similar setting? That's the cherry on top!
Communication Pro: Your words are your magic wand. Stellar verbal and written communication skills allow you to connect effortlessly with diverse groups.
Organizational Whiz: Juggling is your superpower. Multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving under pressure are second nature.
Tech Savvy: Command over office software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is your bread and butter. Plus, you're no stranger to multi-line phone systems and other office equipment.
