SUMMARY:
The Tertiary Education Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, students, faculty, and staff at the university. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the reception area. The University Receptionist should have excellent communication skills, be friendly and approachable, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training in office administration, customer service, or related fields preferred.
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a higher education or similar setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems.
