JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the local government is looking to appoint the expertise of a seasoned front office practitioner. The incumbent must have atleast 5 years of experience as a professional receptionist.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

Matric
5 years and more as a mature and solid receptionist
well versed in operating a busy switchboard system
Computer literacy
Strong interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written skills- Excellent language skills

Duties

Coordination of boardroom bookings
Facilitation of visitor access and related tasks
Updating the internal telephone lists
Providing clerical support to the business by forwarding the right information via email
