REF#7196 Freight Forwarder (Cargowise 1) Air & Sea, Cape Town, Rneg

Main Purpose of the Role

• Freight Forwarding Imports and Exports.
• Processing shipments end to end form collection to delivery.

Job-related Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum requirement will be for the individual to have 5 years freight forwarding experience
• Forwarding and Brokerage or end to end file processing for ocean freight exports

Additional Computer Skills

• CW1, MS Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)

Electives

• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Knowledge and understanding of sea freight exports.
• CW1 system experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Arranging customs clearance as well as release from other government organizations where required.
• Facilitating EUR1 /SADC – where required
