SUMMARY:
Our client seeks to appoint aÂ Regional HR ManagerÂ to lead the people strategy acrossÂ South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique, partnering with local senior leadership to build organizational capability, strengthen employee engagement, ensure legal and governance compliance, and enable sustainable business performance.

POSITION INFO:
The role provides strategic and operational HR leadership across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent, reward, employee relations, payroll, performance, learning and HR operations. Requirements: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations or a related discipline Extensive experience in a comparable HR management or senior HR generalist role across South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique Strong knowledge of South African, Mozambique and Namibia labour legislation, employee relations procedures and statutory HR compliance requirements Experience managing complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary hearings, grievances and CCMA-related processes Experience overseeing payroll governance, reward administration and employee benefits, supporting geographically dispersed or multi-site operations Employment Equity management and statutory reporting as well as leading organizational change, transformation, culture or organizational design initiatives is desirable Proficiency in Portuguese would be advantageous Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
