JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a large retailer, is looking for an experienced Operations-/Retail manager to join their team. You will be looking after Pretoria region. You will need a valid driver’s licence to qualify for this position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibility Areas:

Execute operational efficiency across Pretoria and support the delivery of the operational goals and objectives.
This role will help the team with the effectiveness of store and distribution operations through streamlining processes and executing training and development.
You will be conducting frequent store visits, ensuring compliance to operational processes and service standards in store.
Conduct store operational audits to ensure compliance.
Attend store openings and support with the execution of the entire operational process.
Execute / facilitate training of new or existing processes.

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills: -

Degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, eCommerce or related.
Experience executing supply chain and logistics processes within a retail operations environment.
Experience executing and facilitating training of retail operational procedures.
Valid drivers license.
