RETAIL AREA MANAGER (JOHANNESBURG)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Retail Industry is currently seeking an Retail Area Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Operations / Area Manager in a retail environment to be based in Johannesburg.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ management experience as an Operations / Area Manager in a retail environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and build strong relationships at all levels
• Proven managerial and leadership skills (inspirational leadership)
• Proactive management and the ability to work unaided
• Innovative thinking and solution-focused
• Independent
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Qualification in Business or Retail Management advantageous
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel extensively within Johannesburg
