RETAIL AREA MANAGER (PORT ELIZABETH)

SUMMARY:
A large fashion retailer has an opportunity available for an Area Manager with fashion experience to be based in Port Elizabeth, to look after stores in the Eastern Cape and Garden Route regions.

POSITION INFO:

Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates

Requirements:

• Reside in Port Elizabeth - non negotiable 
• A minimum of three years’ management experience in Operations in similar or same position in a retail environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and build strong relationships at all levels
• Proven managerial and leadership skills (inspirational leadership)
• Proactive management and the ability to work unaided
• Innovative thinking and solution-focused
• Independent
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Qualification in Business or Retail Management advantageous
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel extensively within the region
