POSITION INFO:

RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR/ GQEBERHA – The successful Candidate must be willing to work Retail Hours, Shift work, including weekend and public holidays.

Minimum Requirements

Matric
A tertiary qualification in Sales will be advantageous.
Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Great Plains.
Valid driver’s licence
A minimum of 2 years of retail store management experience will be advantageous.
Prior experience in pricing and margin management over a range of products
Experience in point-of-sale systems.
Prior experience in stock control, merchandising, and stock rotation

Key Responsibilities

Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Identify and address customer queries or complaints, taking appropriate corrective action.
Support the training of new employees when required.
Clean and replenish shop shelves in line with established procedures.
Maintain the back stock area in accordance with departmental standards.
Assist colleagues as needed.
Carry out additional duties as assigned to support operational requirements.
Share responsibility for maintaining overall shop cleanliness.
Understand and comply with customer service quality standards as set by management.
Provide support to other departments when required.
Adhere to organisational and departmental policies and procedures.

Remuneration – R13,000 + benefits
