SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, testing, and optimisation of high-performance radio-frequency systems. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from concept through to validation, ensuring robust and reliable RF performance in our products.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, testing, and optimisation of high-performance radio-frequency systems. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from concept through to validation, ensuring robust and reliable RF performance in our products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, simulate, and optimise RF circuits, subsystems, and antennas
Develop schematic designs and work closely with layout engineers on RF PCB design
Perform RF measurements and characterisation using VNAs, spectrum analysers, signal generators and related lab equipment
Support prototyping, bring-up, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Conduct RF modelling, link-budget analysis, and system-level performance evaluation
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (EMC, regulatory, safety)
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital, firmware, mechanical and manufacturing engineers

Essential Qualifications

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
Strong understanding of RF and microwave fundamentals
Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyser, power meters, etc.)
Familiarity with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST, Microwave Office)
Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and documentation abilities
