What you’ll do:

💻 Test & evaluate returned IT/networking equipment

📝 Update results accurately on SAP & web portals

🔧 Troubleshoot devices & perform firmware updates

📞 Communicate professionally with clients

🤝 Collaborate with Technical Support & Product Management

You bring:

✅ Basic networking experience

✅ Knowledge of SAP or similar CRM systems

✅ IT/ICT industry exposure

✅ Hardware/software troubleshooting skills (advantageous)

Qualifications:

🎓 Matric/Grade 12 (mandatory)

💡 CompTIA N+ (negotiable)

🎓 Relevant Diploma in IT, Networking, Electronics, or related field preferred
