RMA Team Leader

POSITION INFO:

Are you an experienced professional in Returns and Merchandise Authorization (RMA) looking to take on a leadership role? We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead and drive the performance of our RMA department!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the RMA department and ensure high-quality customer service levels
Efficiently handle returns and merchandise authorization processes
Manage stockholding effectively to minimize losses and maximize inventory turnover
Drive improvements in turnaround times and operational efficiency
Lead and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

Proven experience in RMA management or a related role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements

Experience

• Stock/Warehouse management experience in an RMA / Technical services environment essential. • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in RMA/ Technical services.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric Certificate (Mandatory)

• Certificate/Diploma in an IT, Technical or Business-Related Field
