STRATEGIC PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Missiles, Warheads, Aircraft bombs) - WESTERN CAPE, SA

We are seeking a bright engergetic super confident and intelligent young engineer with experience in the defense industry. If you have solid strategic management experience and skills and in addition have lead a highly technical team - this is for you. We will only consider candidates who have proven work experience in both.

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
Strong proven leadership, strategy execution and Internal organization analysis skills.
BSC Engineering (Mechanical / Aeoronautics) / Btech / BEng.
Pgrad Gasdynamics adv.
Experience with Budgets, strategy evaluation and execution, Reporting to Board members and Senior management.

Responsibility for final technical performance of product
5 yrs in ammunition / missiles
2 yrs min Line Management experience not negotiable

Experience leading a high technical team
