POSITION INFO:
We are looking for an RPA Business Analyst to join our team. The successful person will Analyse and design innovative continuous process improvement and multi-process/function Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to support the company automation strategy.
What you'll do:
- Attend and contribute to RPA project meetings.
- Identify candidate business processes for RPA.
- Design, model, and document RPA Solution Specifications.
- Ensure business requirements are identified and satisfied.
- Provide process solution support.
- Recommend improvements to systems, policies, and practices.
- Review business and functional requirement specifications.
- Recommend tactical solutions to defined problems.
- Communicate across impacted business areas.
- Deliver contracted work outputs.
- Develop best-fit and best-practice RPA solutions.
- Drive change and innovation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in specialist practice community.
- Provide specialist expertise and advice.
- Ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
- Provide thought leadership.
Your Expertise:
- 4–6 years’ experience in business analysis, 2–3 years in RPA.
- Proficiency in process modelling tools.
- Skilled in writing functional specifications.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms, especially Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with:
- BPMN/UML-based modelers
- Power Automate/Power Automate Desktop
- Functional specification authoring tools
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Analysis or relevant bachelor's degree.
Additional Knowledge (Advantageous):
- Business process re-engineering (BPR)

- Data trend analysis and reporting
