Radio Access Network Optimisation Engineer
POSITION INFO:
The RAN Optimization Engineer is responsible for end-to-end Radio Access Network (RAN) performance, ensuring service quality and KPI compliance across 2G to 5G technologies. The role involves analyzing network KPIs, drive test results, and customer experience data, while supporting optimization campaigns, preparing performance reports, and managing customer/third-party interactions to enhance overall network quality.
• Strong knowledge of multi-technology RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) optimization and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with drive test tools (TEMS, NEMO, GENEX Probe, Actix, etc.).
• Solid understanding of RAN features, parameters, and performance KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 4–7 years of experience in RAN optimization and performance management.
• Experience in Managed Services environment preferred.
