Minimum Requirements:

-Well presented and professional female

-Strong English proficiency a must

-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, or to be completed by December 2023

-Computer literate

-Strong administration skills important

-Must be willing to learn Administration of Estates

-Organised and meticulous at note making

-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must

-Currently residing near Randburg (within daily commuting distance)

-To start as soon as possible

-Willing to commit to 2 years articles contract at firm

Duties:

-General candidate attorney duties for small law firm (Conveyancing, Notarial Practice, Deceased Estates, General Litigation and Commercial Law)

-Drafting of legal documents and client liaison

-Travelling to Courts, Master’s Office and clients

-Filing and serving pleadings and legal documents at Courts

-General legal administrative duties (including Administration of Estates)

Salary: R 5 500.00 gross + fuel
