Reach Truck Driver

Type: Contractor
Location: JHB - Eastern Suburbs - Alrode
Report to: Operation

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate a reach truck to load, unload, and transport goods safely
Move stock to and from storage areas, racks, loading bays, and shelves
Pick and stage orders accurately according to picking slips
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report faults or maintenance issues
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
Ensure goods are stored correctly to prevent damage
Follow all health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized
Assist with general warehouse duties when required

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Reach Truck Operator License/Certification
Grade 12 / Matric (preferred)
Proven experience operating a reach truck (typically 1-3 years)
Good understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards
Ability to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if needed
Good Communication skills
Clean criminal record
Available immediately
Must reside in Katlehong and Alrode
