POSITION INFO:

Transform Your Career Story with iOCO Infrastructure Services!

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Reactive Support Consultant to join our support team. In this role, you will be the first line of response for clients, addressing and resolving technical issues as they arise to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle a range of incidents, from system errors and application issues to user support and troubleshooting.

What you’ll do:

• Trouble shooting and consulting on complex issues.
• Updating customer/s on progress and maintaining call desk tickets, fast response ,in multiple client environment
• Ensuring compliance with business practise and Syspro standards.
• Keep abreast of software changes.
• Report on findings in accordance with standard procedures.
• Ability to work well in a Team and remotely.
• Flexibility working onsite at Customer/s.

Your expertise:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative thinker.
• Knowledge of Syspro Functional business processes.

Qualifications required:

• Grade 12 Certificate Syspro Certifications /Experience
• Qualification preferred:
  • Syspro Support, Customer Service / Support Desk Experience
  • Syspro Certifications

• Physical demands: The physical demands of the job, include, sitting, working
  in a Team and front facing Customer
• Travel: Some travel to Customer site / office might be required
