Real Estate Agent - Mossel Bay
Our client in the Albertinia / Mossel Bay area is looking for 2 x dynamic Real Estate Agent’s to join their fast-growing business. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
General:
- Answer phones calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and showings
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine client’s needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork – (contracts leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with appraisers, relevant parties, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Follow up and maintain contact with potential sellers and potential buyers – keeping them in the loop
Research:- Perform real estate market analysis and best practices
- Stay current with real estate markets, trends and best practices
- Search open listings to find properties
Marketing:- Create and distribute promotional material
- Manage online and social media presence
- Network with potential clients and local businesses
- Run advertising campaigns
POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:
- Matric coupled with FETC Qualification preferred but not essential (however must be willing to complete this program in the future (NQF4 Real Estate Agency)
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Own Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
- Fully computer literate
