The Role: Real Estate Virtual Assistant \/ Administrative Coordinator This role is ideal for a highly organized and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment. Acting as a key support function within the business, you will assist with customer enquiries, appointment scheduling, CRM administration, diary management, and general operational support. You will be one of the first points of contact for customers and will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities 2+ years'' experience in administration, customer service, support, or virtual assistant roles Answer incoming calls and respond to missed calls and voicemails Manage customer enquiries relating to property viewings and lettings Schedule and coordinate appointments and diary bookings Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up actions Contact clients to gather feedback following property viewings Maintain and update CRM records to support accurate sales progression tracking Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and messaging platforms Support general administrative functions across the business Work with digital tools, workflows, and automation systems Assist with process management and maintain data accuracy across systems About You 2+ years'' experience in administration, customer service, support, or virtual assistant positions Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with first-language level proficiency Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking abilities Professional and confident telephone manner High level of computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable internet connection and professional remote working setup Experience using CRM systems, business messaging platforms, or workflow automation tools Experience with Airtable, Slack, VoIP phone systems, or similar digital collaboration tools advantageous Previous UK property, estate agency, lettings, or real estate administration experience highly desirable Previous UK-based administration or customer service experience advantageous Benefits Fully remote position Medical aid contribution following successful completion of probation Potential future commission opportunities Clear progression pathway into more client-facing, appointment-setting, or sales-focused responsibilities Supportive and enjoyable team culture Opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing UK property business
