JOB SUMMARY:
An IT distribution company in Midrand with a passion for their industry and employees is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Receiving Clerk to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Must have a valid Matric Certificate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience as Receiving Clerk in a Warehouse
Team player
Strong attention to detail

Duties:

• Receiving all incoming stock

• Checking all stock vs invoice delivery note

• Checking and doing spot checks on items for damage / defects upon receiving

• Complete compliance checks

• Insure goods received are loaded accurately for inventory purpose

• Moving stock to correct location

• Updating line manager and procurement on any discrepancies

• Doing weekly spot checks on current stock

• Assisting in monthly stock take

• Assisting in other general tasks in warehouse when needed
