Receiving Clerk

Minimum requirements:

• Must have a valid Matric Certificate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience as Receiving Clerk in a Warehouse
• Team player
• Strong attention to detail

Duties:

• Receiving all incoming stock

• Checking all stock vs invoice delivery note

• Checking and doing spot checks on items for damage / defects upon receiving

• Complete compliance checks

• Insure goods received are loaded accurately for inventory purpose

• Moving stock to correct location

• Updating line manager and procurement on any discrepancies

• Doing weekly spot checks on current stock

• Assisting in monthly stock take

• Assisting in other general tasks in warehouse when needed
