Receptionist & Driver

SUMMARY:
Overall Responsibility: 

• Greeting and assisting visitors
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone communications
• Supporting office personnel with general administrative tasks
• Managing the collection and internal organization of documents
• Submitting necessary paperwork to relevant external authorities, including a judicial or legal registry office

POSITION INFO:

Reception & Client Services

• Greet and assist all visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and email communication
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-organised

Administrative & Document Management

• Coordinate the collection, delivery, and filing of documents as required
• Support administrative staff with day-to-day office duties
• Maintain accurate internal filing systems and log incoming correspondence and nominations

Transport & General Support

• Carry out driving duties for office-related errands and approved assignments
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and ensure routine upkeep

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) – essential
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a receptionist, client-facing, or administrative support role
• Previous experience handling errands or transport responsibilities within a professional setting preferred
• Knowledge of how to manage sensitive documentation and maintain confidentiality
• Valid South African driver’s license (manual transmission preferred)
• Dependable, punctual, and able to exercise sound discretion

• Competent in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
