Requirements:

Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (advantageous)
Reliable and organised with strong attention to detail

Duties include:

Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
Welcoming and assisting visitors
Managing emails and general correspondence
Maintaining reception area and boardroom
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Assisting with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Capturing and updating information on MS Word and Excel
Liaising with staff, clients, and service providers
